- All plants purchased from ChaiChee Safari come with a live arrival guarantee and a one-week 1-1 exchange for any issues found to be from our farm.

- Plants that are dead from an environmental issue caused by the grower will not be qualified for any guarantee.

- Daily photos/videos or solid proof of growing conditions are mandatory for the guarantee.

- Incase of DOA (Dead on arrival) please take a picture immediately and send it to us via Whatsapp or Email within 2 hours.
